   A day cruise is a private rental of our catamaran for a full day, ideal to discover the Caribbean islands such as St Barth, Anguilla and St Martin.
2. What is a "half-day" cruise?
   A "half-day" cruise is a shorter option, perfect for exploring the most beautiful beaches of Saint Martin and neighboring islands in 4 hours, morning or afternoon.
3. How many passengers can the Zephyr Catamaran accommodate?
   The catamaran can accommodate up to 10 passengers for a day cruise and up to 4 passengers for a night cruise.
4. Is the Zephyr Catamaran being privatized?
   Yes, each cruise is exclusively privatized to offer a personalized experience to our customers.
5. What are the accepted payment methods?
   We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and paypal.
6. What languages does the crew speak?
   The crew speaks fluent French and English to ensure your comfort on board.
7. Is the Zephyr Catamaran suitable for children?
   Yes, we welcome families and have facilities suitable for children.

    Absolutely! We adapt the itinerary according to your desires and navigation conditions.

    The most popular is the one combining Tintamarre and the islet Pinel, perfect for snorkeling and relaxing on the beach.
12. Is it possible to visit private beaches?
    Yes, we can advise you on accessible beaches and the rental options for deckchairs or cabanas.
13. Is it possible to make a personalized itinerary?
    Yes, we can create a tailor-made itinerary to meet all your desires.
14. When is the best time to sail in Saint-Martin?
    The period from December to April is most favorable, with calm and sunny conditions.

15. How can I book my cruise?
    You can contact us by phone, email or via our website. A deposit is required to secure your date.
16. What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before the scheduled date. Less than 30 days, fees may apply.  Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
17. What are the rates for a day cruise?
    Rates vary depending on duration and services included. From 900€, but contact us for a custom quote.
18. Do I need to pay a deposit?
    No, nothings requested.
19. What payment methods are accepted for cruises?
    We accept credit cards, bank transfers and paypal.

What to bring/ Preparation

20. What should I bring to my cruise?
    Sunscreen but lycra is better for the ocean, hat, sunglasses, swimsuit, towel, camera and everything that can make your day more enjoyable.
21. Are there electrical outlets on board?
    Yes, the catamaran is equipped with electrical sockets (European adapter possible).
22. Can I bring my own music on board?
    Yes, we have an audio system with Bluetooth connectivity.
23. Is a passport required for certain destinations?
    Yes, for some destinations like Anguilla and St. Barts a passport is required.
24. What should I wear for the cruise?
    Opt for a light outfit, swimsuit, hat, sunglasses and biodegradable sunscreen (but Lycra is better for the ocean).

Safety & Wellness

25. Is the Zephyr catamaran equipped with safety equipment?
    Yes, it is equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid kit and liferaft.
26. What happens in case of bad weather?
    We always focus on safety. In case of adverse weather conditions, we may postpone your cruise or change the itinerary.
27. Is there Wi-Fi on board?
    Wi-Fi access is limited and may be unstable at sea. Enjoy the disconnection and the beautiful setting!

    Yes, we provide snorkeling and paddleboard equipments and can recommend dive centers for a more immersive experience.

    Yes, fishing is permitted subject to local regulations.
